- Large barn with two huge work bays for storing machinery and equipment, and these bays have the capacity to be converted into an equestrian or livestock barn. The barn also includes two loft studio spaces which can house agricultural workers quarters.

- Extensive orchard areas that include an innumerable number of tropical fruit trees, which include: avocados, papayas, bananas, lemons, limes, tangerines, oranges, grapefruit, lilikoi, lychee, soursop, jackfruit, mulberry, noni, loquat, star fruit and over 150 coconut palms.
